  2. The "customer" is the organization on whose behalf someone enrolls. The "participant" is the person who attends the training.
  3. Quantology delivers the trainings together with Porizma. The agreement is made solely between Quantology and the customer.
  4. The customer's general or purchasing terms and conditions do not apply.

Article 2 — Enrollment

  1. Enrollment is only possible on behalf of an organization. Whoever enrolls declares that they are authorized to do so.
  2. The agreement is concluded once the enrollment is confirmed by email: when paying online, after the payment is completed; when paying by invoice, as soon as the enrollment form is submitted.
  3. Places are allocated in order of enrollment. Once a training is full, enrollment closes.

Article 3 — Prices

  1. Prices are per participant and exclude VAT. They include the training, the course materials and, for on-site trainings, lunch and refreshments.
  2. An early-bird discount applies to enrollments up to and including the date stated for the training.

Article 4 — Payment

  1. Payment is made online when enrolling, or by invoice within 30 days of the invoice date and in any case before the training starts.
  2. If payment is late, the customer owes the statutory commercial interest without notice of default, and after a reminder also the extrajudicial collection costs as provided by law.
  3. Quantology may refuse a participant access to the training while a due invoice remains unpaid. The obligation to pay remains.

Article 5 — Cancellation by the customer

  1. Cancellations are made by email to contact@quantology.nl. The date of receipt counts.
  2. If cancelled up to 4 weeks before the start, nothing is owed; any amount paid is refunded in full.
  3. If cancelled between 4 and 2 weeks before the start, 50% of the price is owed.
  4. If cancelled within 2 weeks before the start, or if the participant does not attend, the full price is owed.

  6. Partial attendance gives no right to a refund.

Article 6 — Cancellation or changes by Quantology

  1. If fewer than 5 people enroll, Quantology may cancel a training no later than 2 weeks before the start.
  2. In case of force majeure, such as illness of the trainer, Quantology may also cancel or reschedule a training later.
  3. In either case the customer chooses between a full refund and a free place at a later session of the same training. Other costs, such as travel or accommodation, are not reimbursed.
  4. Quantology may replace a trainer with an equally qualified trainer and adjust parts of the programme, as long as the content remains essentially the same.

Article 7 — Attending on site and online

  1. Participants follow the house rules of the training venue.
  2. For online trainings, the participant arranges a working internet connection, suitable equipment and the required software. The access link is personal and may not be shared. Technical problems on the participant's side give no right to a refund.
  3. Recording the training in video or audio, online included, is not allowed without Quantology's prior permission.

Article 8 — Course materials and intellectual property

  1. All rights to the course materials, such as presentations, notebooks and code, remain with Quantology and Porizma.

  4. These limitations do not apply in case of intent or deliberate recklessness on Quantology's part.
  5. A claim lapses if it is not reported to Quantology in writing within one year after the training.

Article 10 — Privacy and confidentiality

  1. Quantology uses personal data only to organize and invoice the training, as described in the privacy statement at quantology.nl/privacy.
